Birds eligible for the State Teams Show are 2005 purple and 2006 gold rung birds bred by the exhibitor and the classes are the same as those for the FED2007 show.

Birds can be benched Saturday in the Cec English Pavilion at the Bathurst Showground between 2 and 3 pm. If you need to bench outside these times, contact Ron Weal on 0417780728 to make arrangement.

A mini aviary tour is also to be held on the Saturday commencing at Bill and Sue Sewell’s place at 605 Mitchell Highway, Bathurst (Road to Orange) followed by one or two other aviaries to be confirmed.

Accomodation is available at the Ben Chifley Motor Inn (speak to the owner Owen) and they will give a small discount if you mention you are there for the bird show. Rooms are around $89 and $99 and can be booked on (02) 6331 5055.

Dinner the Saturday night 10^th March at 6.30pm will be held at the nearby Dudley Hotel Bistro. If you aim to attend the dinner please contact Ron Weal on (02) 6337 1001 ASAP abd advise him of the number of seats required so Ron can book seats at the venue.

Lunch on Sunday will be in the form of a BBQ at minimal cost. Members are invited to bring along any of their surplus birds for a sale.
